How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in it's original packaging with it's tag intact and attached to the product.
- Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there any charges for return?
- Returns are currently at our customers expense.
- Upon processing your return you can either opt to return via your own courier or if downloading a Collect+ Label from ourselves a fee of £4.60 will be subtracted from your item refund.
- Orders below £50 will be responsible for shipping costs back to ourselves. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring the items reach back to us safely as we are not responsible for missing, lost or damages deliveries to ourselves.
- Orders between £50 and £100 will incur a subsidised returns fee of £2.30. This returns fee will be decucted from the total returns amount.
- Free returns applies for orders over £100
- This covers up to 10kg, fully tracked and £50 cover.
- Collect+ have over 8,000 drop off points across the UK.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Sustainability
As a sustainable clothing brand, we are always looking to reduce our overall carbon footprint. With this in mind please choose your sizes carefully to limit returns.
